SCHOOL SPONSORED TRAVEL PERMISSION FORM

 

Our students are Hulett School’s best representatives.  Participation in school activities is a privilege, not a right that can be withdrawn at the discretion of the school administrator.

 

Our expectations for student’s behavior on trips include:

• The student will follow all rules in the student handbook.
• The student will follow all rules for riding a Hulett School bus, which can be found at this link https://hulett.crook1.com/transportation
• The student will follow the directions of the sponsors.
• The student will act and dress in a manner that favorably represents Hulett School.
• The student will uphold the values of the 307 WAY
•         The Wyoming High School Activities Association Student Advisory Council reminds you to live THE 307 WAY.
  What is The 307 Way:
  The 3 represents the 3 opportunities, Academics, Activities and Athletics that are provided by our member schools.
  The 0 indicates our tolerance for poor sportsmanship
  And the 7 stand for the 7 ideals of The 307 WAY:
  RESPECT the participants, officials, fans, your school, and your opponents
  ENCOURAGE supporting both teams and the officials in a positive way
  Hold yourself and others ACCOUNTABLE for the actions taken at ALL EVENTS
  LEAD those around you in The 307 WAY
  Be a positive INFLUENCE on players, coaches, officials, and fans.
  Show TENACITY in promoting positive behavior at school events.
  And Hold YOURSELF to the highest standard when it comes to The 307 WAY!

Breaking of the above rules or other misbehaviors may result in:

• A call to the parent to pick up the student from the activity.
• Removal of the student from the activity.
• Restriction of travel privileges.
• Possible in-school or out-of-school suspension.
